The series ‘The Universe and Chinese Herbs’ explores the repetitive circle of universal chronic illness and healing. Different Chinese Herbs are dissolved in a glass vessel and photographed using analogue or digital photography, then enhanced using digital technology. Using natural sunlight these planetary forms were revealed. The planets symbolic of the repetitive circle of chronic illness and healing.
